Q1 2024 Hack and Slash App Performance in Latin America on iOS

Latin America's iOS platform saw interesting trends in the Hack and Slash category during the first quarter of 2024. Here's how the top 5 applications fared according to data from Sensor Tower.

MARVEL Future Fight observed a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at nearly $5.4M in the last week of March. Downloads saw a dip midway through the quarter but recovered to over 800K towards the end. Weekly active users started at around 10.6M and ended the quarter slightly below at approximately 9.6M.

For the newly released Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, the game started strong with revenue hitting nearly $9.7M in its debut week, but it eventually settled to around $2.4M by the end of March. Downloads experienced a sharp decline from the initial 55M in the first week to 1.5M. Active users followed a similar downward trend, from 52.5M to 16.4M.

Honkai Impact 3rd showed a mixed revenue trajectory, peaking at $4.5M in late January and then again to $3.3M in early March. Downloads were relatively stable, with a notable spike to 500K in the last week. Active users showed a slight increase in the same period, from 2.8M to 2.5M.

The performance of Legacy of Discord-FuriousWings was modest, with revenues hovering around $1.7M to $2.7M. Downloads and active users remained low throughout the quarter, with downloads peaking at 80K in the first week and active users at 178K, ending the period at a similar level.

Lastly, Disney Mirrorverse saw its revenue ranging from $1.1M to $1.6M. Downloads had a late-quarter surge, reaching over 550K in the final week, while active users remained fairly consistent, ending the quarter at 2.4M.
